ETHIOPIA
The Ethiopian chapter is under the auspices of the Mekuria Theatre Studio and Entertainment(MTSE).
Since 1999 MTSE has conducted the activities of EATI as the Ethiopia national chapter of EATI.[Read more]
KENYA
The Kenya chapter has had a difficult history and management structure in its quest to be part of EATI. During the establishment
process of the regional body, Kenya was represented by KDEA (Kenya Drama in Education Association).[Read more]
TANZANIA
The Tanzania chapter is hosted by the Tanzania Theatre Centre (TzTC). TzTC was founded in 1997 by a group of 5 artists mainly from Bagamoyo Arts College, the university of Dar es Salaam and freelance artists.

The Uganda National chapter is based at the Department of Drama and Dance of Makerere University. This close relationship with the department gave it creadibility,
recognition and acceptance among artists and other stakeholders.
